About First Group Insurance Agency

Greg is the owner of First Group Insurance Agency, and he has been in the insurance industry for 30 years. He has a Claims Law Diploma from the American Educational Institute for Casualty Claims Law, Property Claims Law, & Legal Principles Claims Law. Greg decided to become an insurance agent after spending the first 19 years of his insurance career as an Insurance Claim Manager. He worked with many insurance agents throughout the years. Greg explains, "I was able to witness the agent's ability to provide needed protection for their customers. In 2007, I jumped at the chance to purchase First Group Insurance Agency and start protecting my own customers, their homes, and autos. It feels good to be in the protection business!" For fun, Greg likes to play golf. He also loves riding horses. He loves animals and is involved in his church. 

Greg really enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, three children, and five beautiful grandchildren. Greg says, "My wife Janice, was a marketing rep for Stricker Automotive. Janice dealt with many insurance professionals as customers, which is how we first met. She is well respected within her field. Janice is a fine woman and has made me a better man. My oldest child, Jessicca has followed in my footsteps and after Graduating from Bowling Green University has been working in the insurance claims field in Lexington, KY. She is also the mother to my youngest two grandchildren. My middle child, Ross (or Rossman as I call him) is the father of three of my grandbabies. Ross is married to Erica and they live in the southwest portion of Ohio. Ross is the owner/operator of Childers Home Improvement.  My youngest, Briana is a student at the University of Kentucky and is working on her Doctorate of Musical Arts. Briana is quite talented in all facets of music."

Tim was born in Dublin, OH and moved to Greenville with family when he was 6. He graduated from Greenville and attended college at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Tim is an avid sports fan and enthusiast. He loves the outdoors, music, travel, and socializing with friends. "Most of the joy in my life comes from my family. My wife, Cheryl, and I have been married 30 years." Tim's children and their families include son, Dustin Hill (Columbus, OH) and wife Michelle. Daughter, Molly Price (LaGrange/Chicago, IL) and husband Sam. Grandkids, Annie Price (soph) and Will Price (8th), Jaxon Hill (6) and Maisie Hill (2). We are so grateful that Tim is a part of the First Group and Moffatt Insurance Family!

Briana was born in Riverside, California and is now a resident of Kentucky. She has a Property and Casualty insurance license in the State of Ohio, but has currently put her license into escrow to focus on obtaining her Doctorate in Music Performance at the University of Kentucky. Her main passions in life are her pitbull Charlie and Siamese cat Archie, as well as hiking, making music, and hanging out with friends.
